About this event

Kick-start 2024 in Ashbourne. We’re proud that our event is part of the UK Urban League, as well as the East Midlands Urban League (prize giving for the 2023 EMUL at 10am in front of the Pavilion).

You may run any course competitively but to count in the UK or EM Urban Leagues you must run the correct course for your age group or a higher one, as follows:

Course 1 MO (M18-M35)
Course 2 MV (M40+) WO (W18-W35)
Course 3 MSV (M55+) WV (W40+)
Course 4 MUV (M65+) WSV (W55+)
Course 5 MHV (M75+) WUV (W65+), WHV (W75+)
Course 6 MJ (M16-) WJ (W16-)
Course 7 MYJ (M12-) WYJ (W12-)

Those under 16 are only permitted to run either Course 6 or Course 7.
