About this event
** Please update your MapRun app to version 7.5.5 before you come to the event **
Why not take on a new challenge? Come and join us for a series of smartphone-based events centred around Derby! These training sessions are accessible for all as the score format allows you to choose how many controls to collect within the hour.
You will need a fully charged smartphone with downloaded MapRun app (clickable links below), suitable high vis clothing for pounding the roads and parks and a headtorch.
Why not invite your friends and relatives to get involved with the series. Help will be on-hand as the club has plenty of experienced MapRunners to get you started!
After the event, why not stay around for post-run social and let us know how you got on?
Print your map at home option – You can navigate using the MapRun map on your smartphone, and this is most people’s preferred option, but if you prefer to print out the map and plan your route: find it here (when ready)!
Our blog post gives more information about this series. Check out photos from our Autumn 23 and Spring 24 series.
