We are concerned about the
number of you who do not fill in the safety information on the registration
slips.
I know everybody thinks it won't
happen to them but the safety check will only work if we can quickly
account for everybody else
who might have failed to download.
So please at least complete
the box that asks if you are travelling alone and if you are then
fill in the details of car
registration and phone number.
We are quite prepared to
mount a search for an injured competitor but it would be nice to know
that they really are still
out there and who we are looking for.
From many of the forms we wouldn't
even be able to tell a search
team the name, sex or age to look for.
Even today in the rain the time before a search
was started might have been
important.
