Parking: Parking and arena in fields at Piece Farm, SK22 4QL, approached from Birch Vale on the A6015 Hayfield to New Mills road. Turn left off A6015 in Birch Vale (signed) onto quarry road and farm track. All traffic must approach from the Hayfield direction, to avoid a very sharp right turn onto the track and causing traffic to back up on the main road.

Entries and other event details

Full range of age-based championship courses, plus light green, orange, yellow and white courses. Newcomers are welcome. Entry in advance only except for the colour-coded courses above, where entry on the day will be available.

Fees:

Entry fees are £16 adult, £8 junior. This adult fee is increased to £18 if you are not a current member of British Orienteering. There is a reduced fee of £8 for adults on Light Green, Orange, Yellow and White courses. Family rate is a reduced fee for 2 adults plus juniors from the same household who have separate course entries. See StartKite entries page linked below.
