Maps will be available from the café/visitor centre at Longshaw Lodge.  PDF file to print and KMZ file for Custom Maps etc available to purchase from the British Orienteering web site here.  Self-timing available using the Polaris Challenge app on Android or iPhones (search App Store for Polaris Challenge).

A family course of around 3km maximum using paths.
