Chaddesden Park - Saturday 16 May 2026

Local Event

About this event

Celebrate World Orienteering Week with us (& people in 30 other countries) in Chaddesden Park. There’ll be 3 MapRun courses of between 1 and 4km, plus a free activity for kids!

We will have control kits in place on the ground (because we’re nice), but no red location dot on the phone (we’re no that nice). There’ll be printed maps for each of the courses. For those who don’t want to run with a phone, you can pin-punch at each control, and we will time you manually.

Registration will be at Chaddesden Park Car Park, signed from Maine Drive, post code DE21 6LE.
